Host an event

Bring Bleu & Bougie to your city.

The Bleu & Bougie event concept travels. Anyone, anywhere in the world, can host an official Bleu & Bougie event — provided it meets the standard. Every official event is approved by Bleu & Bougie Group before it is announced, promoted, or placed on sale.

How it works

From proposal to on sale.

  1. 01

    Submit your proposal

Tell us who you are, where you want to host, and how you would run the night.

  2. 02

    Committee review

We review the venue, the food, and the entertainment separately, and may come back with changes.

  3. 03

    Approval and branding

Once approved you receive the official branding and marketing materials, and may announce the event.

  4. 04

    On sale

We list the event and open ticket sales here. You promote; we handle ticketing, payments, and attendee verification.

The standard

What an official event requires.

Every official Bleu & Bougie event must be approved by Bleu & Bougie Group before it is announced, promoted, or placed on sale.

Event Approval

Anyone interested in hosting an official Bleu & Bougie event must submit an event proposal through this website. Bleu & Bougie Group reserves the right to approve or reject any proposed event.

Your proposal should include

  • City and location
  • Proposed venue
  • Event date and time
  • Expected attendance
  • Event concept
  • Proposed menu
  • Proposed chef or catering company
  • Proposed DJ or entertainment
  • Proposed event host
  • Ticket pricing
  • Marketing plan

Venue Approval

All venues must be reviewed and approved by Bleu & Bougie Group before an event can be confirmed. No host may publicly promote an unapproved venue as an official Bleu & Bougie event.

The proposed location must reflect the luxury, chic aesthetic, and elegance of the Bleu & Bougie brand. All venues require final approval from the Bleu & Bougie Group.

The venue must meet our standards for

  • Quality
  • Atmosphere
  • Location
  • Hospitality
  • Capacity
  • Food and beverage service
  • Safety
  • Overall guest experience

Practically, that means

  • Proper location
  • Adequate lighting
  • Working air conditioning or heating
  • Accessible, clean bathrooms
  • Meets local safety guidelines

Chef & Food Approval

Exceptional culinary hospitality is a staple of our brand. Any chefs, caterers, or food service partners involved must meet our premium standards and receive official brand approval. The event is not a formal dinner, but food quality is a priority.

Accepted service formats

  • Finger foods
  • Passed hors d'oeuvres
  • Traditional buffet station
  • Action station
  • Family style

Any one or two of these presentations is acceptable, and hosts may add other options.

DJ & Entertainment Approval

All DJs, musicians, performers, and entertainment providers must be approved by Bleu & Bougie Group. Entertainment should reflect the energy, sophistication, and culture of the Bleu & Bougie brand. We allow various types of entertainment and are not limited to this list.

For example

  • Live DJ
  • Live acoustic performance
  • Hoop dance
  • Fire artist

Any one or two of these is acceptable, and hosts may add any entertainment aligned with the brand.

Ticket Sales

All official Bleu & Bougie event tickets must be sold through this website. Hosts may promote their events through social media, email, personal networks, and other marketing channels; ticket purchases must be processed through the Bleu & Bougie platform. Hosts may not create separate ticketing pages or sell official tickets through unauthorised third-party platforms without written approval.

Central ticketing lets us

  • Maintain consistent ticketing
  • Verify attendees
  • Protect customers
  • Track sales
  • Manage capacity
  • Collect event data
  • Process payments
  • Manage refunds when applicable
  • Measure the success of each event

Official Branding

Approved hosts may use the Bleu & Bougie name, logo, and approved marketing materials only after receiving event approval. All promotional materials must follow Bleu & Bougie brand guidelines, and the Group reserves the right to request changes to any material that does not meet brand standards.

Host Responsibilities

Hosts must not make promises or representations on behalf of Bleu & Bougie that have not been authorised.

Approved hosts are responsible for

  • Promoting the event and selling tickets
  • Building attendance
  • Coordinating with the venue
  • Working with approved DJs and chefs
  • Following Bleu & Bougie standards
  • Providing accurate event information
  • Communicating with guests
  • Following all venue and local regulations

Additional support may be provided depending on the event and the host agreement.

Approved hosts receive

  • Official branding
  • Event listing on the Bleu & Bougie website
  • Approved marketing materials
  • Ticketing infrastructure
  • Assistance with event promotion

Event Quality Control

Bleu & Bougie Group reserves the right to monitor official events to ensure the experience meets the brand's standards. If an event, venue, host, chef, DJ, or other service provider does not meet those standards, the Group may require changes or withdraw approval.

The partnership

What you earn.

We view our international hosts as true partners. The financial structure is designed to be transparent, straightforward and mutually beneficial — your local event should be genuinely profitable while the brand stays exclusive.

Integrated ticketing and revenue share

To guarantee a seamless and secure experience for our clientele, all event ticketing is processed exclusively through the official Bleu & Bougie website.

You keep
85%
of gross ticket revenue, to cover your venue, vendors and talent, and to secure your margin. Paid on a pre-agreed schedule leading up to and immediately after the event.
The Group retains
15%
as a royalty on gross ticket sales, covering brand equity, platform hosting and global network marketing.

Local sponsorships

We encourage hosts to maximise their return by securing local luxury sponsorships — premium spirits, dealerships, lifestyle brands.

Sponsorship you secure
100% yours
Hosts currently retain all sponsorship capital they independently secure.
Sponsorship we secure
20% yours
Where Bleu & Bougie brings the sponsor to your event, the Group retains 80%.

Ownership of the brand

The Bleu & Bougie name, trademark, logo, membership platform, ticketing system and brand are owned and controlled by The Bleu & Bougie Group. Approval to host an event does not transfer ownership or trademark rights to the host.

Figures are the Group’s current standard terms and are confirmed in your host agreement. Payouts are made on a pre-determined schedule leading up to and immediately following the event.
